Common questions about the ChiDrops protocol
Yes. The program is designed so that DETOX, CLEANSE and REBUILD run in parallel, 2 ml each per day. The only thing that matters is a gap of roughly 30 to 60 minutes between DETOX and CLEANSE, so the clinoptilolite does not bind the plant compounds along with everything else. Detailed instructions come with every bundle.
12 weeks, so 84 days. The bundle is sized exactly for that period. We recommend the program at least once a year as a complete reset.
