Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to the return address we provide, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods where that loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code).

For the dietary supplements we sell, the seal consists of a plastic shrink wrap around the container. If it is removed after receipt, the unit concerned cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Important notes on returns

Please do not send returns to our US address or to our international fulfillment warehouse. Doing so creates unnecessarily high shipping and customs costs. A return sent to those addresses will not be recognized as a proper return, and the resulting costs are borne by the customer.

Please contact us before any return at support@chi-drops.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will then give you the return address that applies to you.

Voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal described above, and independently of it, we grant you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee subject to the following terms. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

What we promise you

If you are not satisfied with our products, we will refund the purchase price for up to one (1) already opened product unit from your order, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions

You contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods by email at support@chi-drops.com, stating your order number and a brief reason.
For the opened unit, a return is not required; the purchase price is refunded after we review your request.
All further units in the order that are unopened and in their original seal must be returned on request, at the customer's cost, to the return address we provide. The corresponding share of the purchase price is refunded after we receive and review the return.

Exclusions

The voluntary satisfaction guarantee applies once per order and end customer. It does not apply in cases of abuse, or where there are indications of repeated, systematic reversal of purchases.

Lost shipments and customs issues

If your shipment is held at customs or demonstrably fails to reach you, please contact us at support@chi-drops.com. After reviewing the case, we will arrange a free replacement shipment or a full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original means of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Import charges already paid by the customer (import VAT, customs duties) are not refunded by the provider, since they are not paid to the provider but to the relevant customs authority. Under certain conditions, the customer can apply for a refund of these charges directly with the responsible authority in the destination country.
